London faces the most severe homelessness crisis in the country and significant pressures on temporary accommodation options.
In recent years, growing homelessness rates have seen more and more Londoners turn to their council for support.
PLACE provides London boroughs with high-quality modular housing units to use as temporary accommodation. PLACE’s focus is on improving the supply of family-sized accommodation, which boroughs can use to help homeless households stay in their local area – close to their schools, jobs, and support networks.
